You’re still making decisions. Still effective. Still showing up.
⛬
But things feel less clear than they once did.
⛬
You step away from work, but your mind doesn’t fully switch off.
⛬
Decisions cost more than they once did. Clear thinking is harder to find.
Most people in that position don't stop.
They manage it, contain it, keep going.
This is somewhere you can bring it instead.

I spent twenty years inside organisations under significant pressure; transformation, growth, difficult endings. I know what that kind of responsibility feels like from the inside.
I work with people carrying a lot, professionally and privately.
Some bring parts of themselves that don't have much space elsewhere: questions of identity, attraction, or self-understanding that tend to stay private.
Holding different parts of yourself in different places takes its own effort. That belongs here as much as anything else.
The conversation follows you. There are no objectives to meet, no techniques to work through, nothing imposed from the outside.
If you arrive expecting action points, I'll be honest, you won't find them here. What you may find is something more useful; a clearer sense of what's actually going on.
We start with what you want to think about. I don't bring an agenda. Nothing is imposed, nothing is steered.
Over time, people often notice that thinking becomes less circular. Decisions feel clearer. The internal effort of keeping everything together begins to ease.
Lasting change rarely comes from being told what to do. It comes more often from seeing something in yourself that wasn’t visible before.
It's not that you need a clear reason to begin. For many, the starting point is simply recognising that something is no longer working in the same way.
